What is the rental duration and can I extend it?

Each rental is valid for 4 days, giving you ample time to receive, wear, and return the outfit. If you need toextend the duration, please get in touch with our team in advance. Extensions are subject to availability andmay incur additional charges.

We've got you covered! With an in-house tailoring team that has styled over 2000 brides, our expert stylistsensure every outfit is altered to flatter your unique body type. Whether it's a lehenga, gown, or saree, wemake sure the fit is nothing short of perfect.

What happens if the outfit gets damaged or stained during use?

Minor wear and tear is completely fine and will be taken care of by our team. However, if the outfit is heavilystained or damaged, the dry cleaning or repair cost will be deducted from your security deposit. We requestyou to treat our pieces with love and care!

Is a security deposit required and how is it handled?

Yes, a refundable security deposit equal to the rental amount is mandatory. This deposit must be paid at least24 hours prior to your dispatch date. Please note, we will not ship the outfit without deposit confirmation. Theamount is 100% refundable and processed within 48 hours after we receive the outfit in proper condition.

Do you provide shipping across India?

Yes, we offer Pan India delivery and pickup services. Our team will arrange both pickup and drop at yourconvenience. Shipping charges are approximately Rs.80-Rs.100 per kg. The bill will be shared with you andthe amount can either be paid directly to the courier or adjusted from your security deposit.
